The right candidate will currently be at Account Executive level, and will have strong media relations experience, along with being able to handle Clients requests. You’ll use your results-orientated and ambitious skillset to create integrated campaigns for clients that will allow them to realise their business goals.
What we are searching:
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential
• At least 4-years’ experience in a PR, preferably agencies
• Experience in the consumer market (i.e. tech, food, travel, health/wellbeing)
• Strong writing skills, with a flair for creating pieces that engage, entertain and inform
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationship skills
• Proven PR skills, in particular writing, media relations and measurement
• A brilliant network of media and influencer relationships
• Strategic and innovative thinking, both for clients and the agency
• Capabilities in people management
• A passion for digital communications and experience delivering integrated campaigns
• A true understanding of technology, having exposure to working with technology brands previously
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
• Superb attention to detail
• Ambition, drive and a positive, proactive approach to work
• Experience in an international business environment
Daily, You Will:
• Support across a number of consumer client accounts, understanding their businesses and coming up with innovative ideas in order to best support their business
• Support and deliver campaign activities from an operative point of view in alignment with your managers across accounts
• You’ll have the day to day work on accounts running flawlessly, elevating red flags where necessary
• Work closely with a wide range of consumer clients in the tech space and colleagues, building trust and strong relationships quickly
• Create a range of content, from press releases to blog posts and bylines
• Have a calm and can-do attitude in order to make sure that campaigns are executed in the best way possible
• Add real value to your team through your knowledge of the media, your understanding of what makes a great story and how to tell it
• Generate results by pitching client stories to journalists and influencers
• Arrange and staff media interviews and events
• Be the eyes and ears of your clients’ industries, ensuring your account teams are up to speed on what’s happening across the wider sector
• Deliver analytics reports
• Be involved in team brainstorms to create new ideas for campaigns
